Dr. Warren S. DeWitt, M.D. and the Family Health Clinic of Barnes-Kasson Hospital are pleased to announce they have added a new provider to their staff. Kathryn DeWitt Phillips, Family Nurse Practitioner recently started accepting new patients at the Family Health Clinic located at 401 Broad Avenue in Susquehanna.
Katie was born and raised in Susquehanna and graduated from Susquehanna Community High School. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Decker School of Nursing at Binghamton University. After completing her undergraduate degree, Katie went on to complete her Master’s Degree at Binghamton University graduating as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Katie is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She and her husband, Tyler recently moved into a home and are happy to be living and working in Susquehanna County.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, Katie specializes in primary and preventative care for both children and adults. Katie, Dr. DeWitt, and the staff at the Family Health Clinic provide adult and geriatric medical care including wellness and physical exams, men’s health, and acute and chronic health care. They also offer women’s health exams including gynecological services, obstetrics up to 20 weeks of gestation, and expectant parent visits. Finally, pediatric and adolescent care services are also provided including well child checkups, immunization updates, annual physicals, and sports physicals.
Katie is now accepting new patients at the Family Health Clinic located at 401 Broad Avenue in Susquehanna. The Family Health Clinic is open Monday and Tuesday from 9:30am to 6:00pm and Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. To schedule an appointment, call (570) 853-3995.
