On October 2nd, 2019 United States Senator Bob Casey visited Barnes-Kasson Hospital to discuss the hospital’s participation in Pennsylvania’s Rural Health Model. Thank you to Senator Casey for the visit!

Barnes Kasson Hospital and the Family Health Clinics of BKH are pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Kirk S. Hinkley IV, to the medical staff.

According to Executive VP/Clinical Operations Director David Passetti, Dr. Hinkley will be assuming roles in the Emergency Department, the Family Health Clinic’s Walk-In Clinic, and he will be the lead physician in the new Hallstead Clinic, which will be opening for business on September 10th.

Passetti said, “I’m very excited to get Dr. Hinkley aboard at BK. We’ve been working on this endeavor for a few months now and we’re so pleased to see it come to fruition. Dr. Hinkley brings a lot to the table. Not only will we benefit from his vast Emergency Medicine background, but having a local man be the local physician, in a brand new local clinic, is promising for the local area. Dr. Hinkley will join fellow Blue Ridge High School alumnus Dr. Patrick MacConnell, DPM in Hallstead, as we look forward to giving the residents of the Great Bend-Hallstead area another option for pursuing their healthcare.”
